Our staff are also excellent problem solvers and are trained to use all their faculties to find answers using their intellect, experience and evidence to discover and design solutions. We then train them as ‘salespeople’ to sell these ideas to the stakeholders. Our staff are team players, involving and stimulating ideas as well as being facilitators to bring together these concepts into a viable and coherent proposal.
